jersey mikes - turkey & provolone sandwich

welcome to the first edition of the sandwich index. is there such thing as a bad sandwich? i’m not sure but we’re going to find out.

turkey & provolone

i’m cheap so i got mini but we continue

balance: correct, not too much mayo or mustard. just right.
meat to cheese ratio: on point.
lettuce: liberal (even though it might kill me).
construction: did not fall apart after the first bite, despite being doused in vinegar and oil (mike’s way. the way mike intended.)
bite: the asiago cheese bread had a crispy toothiness to it that i enjoy.
mess: none to speak of, although my chips did get a lil soggy after sitting in the residual oil.
vibe: low. very low. every jersey mike’s location is cursed.

overall score: 3.5/5
